There is no one right way to give birth—and you don't have to have everything figured out before we begin.
My role is to help you feel prepared for the birth you're hoping for, informed about the choices you may encounter along the way, and supported if things don't go exactly according to plan.
With more than 160 births supported and a background as a Labor & Delivery nurse, I bring years of experience into the room while keeping the focus exactly where it belongs: on you, your preferences, and your family.
Support that starts long before labor
It’s having someone to text when you leave an appointment with more questions than answers. Someone to help you sort through your options, prepare for conversations with your care team, and think through what matters most to you for your birth.
When labor begins, it means having a familiar, steady presence beside you. I’ll help you find positions and comfort measures that work for you, offer hands-on support, help create a calm environment, and remind you of your options when decisions need to be made.
And your partner doesn’t get replaced—they get supported, too. I can offer ideas, reassurance, and guidance so they can stay involved in the ways that feel natural to them without the pressure of having to remember everything they learned in childbirth class.
Most importantly, doula support isn’t dependent on birth going according to plan. Whether labor unfolds just as you hoped or takes an unexpected turn, I’m there to help you understand what’s happening, ask questions, consider your options, and feel supported in the decisions you make.
You don’t have to know exactly what your birth will look like. You just don’t have to navigate it alone.
Empowered Birth Package
Comprehensive Doula Support | $2,200
For families who want comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, birth, and those first postpartum days. We'll spend time preparing together so you feel informed about your options, confident in your preferences, and supported no matter how your birth unfolds.
Your support includes:
Ongoing prenatal support with unlimited text and email communication throughout pregnancy
Two 2-hour prenatal visits focused on getting to know you, discussing your preferences, and preparing for birth
Personalized birth planning with education about your options and a customized graphic birth plan
Comprehensive 4 ½ hour childbirth class to help you and your partner feel prepared for your labor and birth
On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks
Continuous labor and birth support from active labor through the immediate postpartum period
Hands-on comfort and coping support, including positioning, movement, massage, counterpressure, and other techniques based on your needs
TENS unit rental for an additional non-medication comfort option during labor
Partner support and guidance so your partner can feel confident, involved, and supported throughout the experience
The Day You Were Born — a personalized keepsake capturing the timeline and special moments of your baby’s birth, created from the notes I take throughout your labor and birth
One 2-hour postpartum home visit to process your birth, check in on your transition, and provide continued support as you settle in with your baby

Comprehensive Doula Support + Birth Photography | $2,700
Be fully present in your birth story—and have the moments preserved forever.
This package combines everything included in the Empowered Birth Package with professional birth photography, allowing you to experience your birth fully while I quietly document the moments you may not even realize are happening.
From the strength and intensity of labor to your partner’s support, the moment you meet your baby, and those first quiet moments together, your images will tell the story of your birth with authenticity and care.

Created with a fuller selection of birth images and video, The Day We Met You: The Story goes beyond your First Look highlight, bringing your birth moments together in a keepsake you can revisit, share, and treasure for years to come.
Birth photography availability is limited. Early booking is encouraged to reserve photography coverage for your birth.

If you’re a repeat client, an experienced parent, or planning a cesarean birth, we can tailor your support to what feels most valuable for you. Whether that means fewer prenatal visits, focused preparation, or a package designed specifically around your individual needs.
You’ll still receive the same experienced, continuous support throughout labor and birth—simply personalized for where you are in your journey.

Have Tricare?
You may be eligible for covered doula support through TRICARE’s Childbirth and Breastfeeding Support Demonstration. As a TRICARE-certified doula, I’m proud to support military families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—and I’m happy to help you understand what your benefit includes and what to expect when working with me.
Other Insurance and Employer Benefits
Some families may have doula benefits through their health insurance, employer, or supplemental benefit programs such as Carrot Fertility or Progyny. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and I can provide invoices or other documentation needed for you to submit for reimbursement.
